I really enjoyed this post, thank you! COST has always been such a fascinating business to me and the force of nature that the Kirkland brand has become. The explosion of the logo itself onto apparel and gear on the younger TikTok stage is a big clue that they are truly on to something.

Thanks for reads, Nicolas. Zero gameplan tbh. Used to write weekly emails to small group of friends and fam (literally sub 20 people). Writing is best way for me to think and process ideas etc...enjoy doing it even if its sometimes feels like a slog!
This was so good! BTW, one way of increasing sales past your ceiling would be to target products with higher ticket prices - so your consumer electronics wish might come true
